Jennifer began her fitness career in 1993 as a group fitness instructor. Recruited to manage a gym that was opening in Hong Kong in 1995, she recognized the need for female trainers to work with female clients and became a NASM-certified personal trainer.
After years of learning the large box gym model, she found that she wanted to do something different that would be more long-term and impactful. She wanted to create a safe, private space where people could come at whatever fitness level they were at, regardless of restrictions, and would want to stay for a lifetime. She hired a diverse team of highly qualified coaches to work collaboratively in the interests of each member. Along with Jennifer, these Coaches serve as supportive guides for our members' lifelong journey of health, fitness, longevity, and quality of life.
Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. “I have learned that I can best serve my clients by teaching them how to achieve optimal health through a balanced lifestyle. I believe that functional training translates into the enduring strength we need for the activities of our day-to-day lives, and I want to make fitness FUN for our clients!"
